Xizang Zhihui Mining (HKG:2546) entered into a cooperation framework agreement with Zhaojin Non-ferrous Mining in Shandong Province, China.
The contract is for investment cooperation between the two parties in mining projects within the Xizang Autonomous Region, according to a Thursday filing.
The parties will sign a separate formal agreement regarding specific investment and acquisitions.
