The board now comprises three Executive Directors—Sun Taoyong (Chairman), Xiao Yuqiao and Wang Hui—supported by Non-Executive Director Yang Xingyun and three Independent Non-Executive Directors: Zhang Lijun, Wang Yong and Shu Wa Tung Laurence, who will serve as Lead Independent Director.

Committee assignments were simultaneously refreshed: • Audit Committee: chaired by Shu Wa Tung Laurence with Wang Yong and Zhang Lijun as members. • Remuneration Committee: chaired by Zhang Lijun; additional members are Sun Taoyong and Shu Wa Tung Laurence. • Nomination Committee: chaired by Sun Taoyong and joined by Shu Wa Tung Laurence and Wang Yong.

The updated governance framework positions Riverine China to enhance oversight and maintain balanced representation across its executive, non-executive and independent non-executive ranks. All appointments became effective upon the release of the announcement in Hong Kong on 20 September 2026.
