7Road Completes HKD 275,000 Share Buyback; Total Repurchases Reach 616,000 Shares Under Current Mandate

7Road Holdings Limited disclosed on 17 September 2026 that it repurchased 250,000 ordinary shares on-market at HKD 1.10 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 275,000.

The latest transaction brings cumulative repurchases since the 4 September 2026 mandate to 616,000 shares—equivalent to 0.02456 % of the company’s issued share capital as at the mandate date. The five transactions, executed between 7 and 17 September 2026, were priced between HKD 1.06 and HKD 1.10 per share, representing a volume-weighted average price of approximately HKD 1.09.

All repurchased shares are intended for cancellation and have not yet been removed from the register. Consequently, 7Road’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.51 billion shares as of the close of 17 September 2026.

Under the listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares following the latest buyback, expiring on 17 October 2026. The board confirms that all repurchase activities complied with Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements and the previously filed explanatory statement.
