A-SHARE ACTIVITY • Venue: Shanghai Stock Exchange • Volume: 0.90 million A-shares, earmarked for share incentive schemes • Average price: RMB 20.76 per share • Aggregate consideration: RMB 18.69 million • Capital impact: Outstanding A-shares fell to 6.12 billion, a 0.0147 % reduction, while treasury stock rose to 62.66 million shares.

H-SHARE ACTIVITY • Venue: Hong Kong Stock Exchange • Volume: 0.30 million H-shares, designated for cancellation • Average price: HKD 20.66 per share (high / low: HKD 20.76 / 20.60) • Aggregate consideration: HKD 6.20 million • Capital impact: The repurchase equates to 0.0105 % of the 2.85 billion H-shares in issue. None of the acquired shares will be held as treasury stock.

CUMULATIVE H-SHARE PROGRAMME PROGRESS Between 9 and 18 September 2026, the company has bought back 3.15 million H-shares under the mandate approved on 24 June 2026, utilising 0.1104 % of the 285.36 million-share limit.
