ENN ENERGY: Baoju Zhao Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 35.08%

On September 17, 2026, Baoju Zhao, through an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Xinneng (Hong Kong) Energy Investment Limited, acquired 287,500 shares of ENN ENERGY (02688) off-exchange at an average of HKD 49.1718 per share, involving approximately HKD 14.14 million. This transaction is a voluntary disclosure.

Prior to the acquisition, Baoju Zhao's long position in ENN ENERGY was 396.71 million shares, representing 35.05%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 397.00 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 35.08%.
