MEIG Sets 9 October 2026 EGM to Vote on New 2026 Equity Incentive Plan and Related Measures

MeiG Smart Technology Co., Ltd. (MEIG) has issued a proxy form outlining six resolutions to be tabled at its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on 9 October 2026 at the 32nd Floor, Block B, Shenzhen International Innovation Center, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.

Special Resolutions: • Cancellation and buy-back of a portion of share options and A-share restricted shares previously granted under the 2024 Equity Incentive Plan. • Adoption of a new 2026 Equity Incentive Plan aimed at establishing fresh share-based incentives. • Implementation of administrative measures governing the execution and performance appraisal of the 2026 plan. • Authorization for the Board to handle all matters related to the 2026 Equity Incentive Plan.

Ordinary Resolutions: • Termination and adjustment of the investment plan for certain A-share fundraising projects. • Approval for the Company to provide guarantees for bank credit facilities obtained by wholly owned subsidiaries.

H-shareholders of record may appoint one or more proxies to vote on their behalf. Completed proxy forms, together with any requisite authorization documents, must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 3:00 p.m. on 8 October 2026 (Hong Kong time). Shareholders who submit proxies retain the right to attend and vote in person.
