On September 14, 2026, JPMorgan Chase & Co. disposed of 418,616 H shares of EASTROC (09980) off-exchange at an average of HKD 100.9992 per share, involving about HKD 42.28 million. The transaction was an off-exchange cash deal, reflecting the cessation of a security interest in the shares; it was not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the disposal, JPMorgan’s long position in EASTROC was 3.62 million shares, representing 6.22%; following the transaction, the holding changed to 3.20 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 5.5%.
