A regulatory disclosure from the Hechi Branch of the People's Bank of China, published on September 18, reveals that Guangxi Bama Rural Commercial Bank has been sanctioned for multiple regulatory violations.

The bank was found to have breached rules related to financial statistics reporting, account management regulations, and the improper retention of fiscal deposits or funds. Additionally, it violated guidelines on the collection, provision, and inquiry of credit information, and failed to conduct customer due diligence as required by regulations.

As a result, the Hechi branch issued a warning and imposed a fine of 755,700 yuan on the institution. All penalties were formally recorded in the administrative penalty information disclosure table, underscoring the central bank's ongoing scrutiny of local financial institutions' compliance practices.
