STGT repurchases 131,100 shares under ongoing buyback programme

Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) (STGT) announced it bought back 131,100 shares on Sep, 17 2026 through on-exchange transactions at THB 10.70 apiece, spending about 0.05 million Singapore dollars.

The transaction forms part of the company’s second share repurchase plan, approved by the board on May, 08 2026, which permits STGT to buy back up to 62.1 million shares, or 2.17% of its paid-up capital, by Nov, 07 2026.

Including the latest purchase, STGT has so far repurchased 11.0 million shares, equal to 0.38% of its paid-up shares, for a cumulative consideration of roughly 4.54 million Singapore dollars.
