Arta TechFin Corporation Limited (ARTA TECHFIN) disclosed that its external auditor has adopted a new corporate identity. With effect from 21 August 2026, the auditor’s English name changes from “Prism Hong Kong Limited” to “CLA Prism Hong Kong Limited,” while its Chinese name shifts from “栢淳會計師事務所有限公司” to “思立安栢淳會計師事務所有限公司.”

The board confirmed that the name change is the sole alteration; the appointment of the auditor itself remains intact. The notification was signed by Chief Executive Officer Xu Hao and released on 2 September 2026.

As at the announcement date, ARTA TECHFIN’s board comprises: • Non-executive Directors: Dr. Cheng Chi-Kong, Adrian SBS, JP (Chairman) and Ms. Wong Pui Shan • Executive Directors: Mr. Xu Hao (Chief Executive Officer) and Ms. Li Chuchu, Tracy (Chief Financial Officer) • Independent Non-executive Directors: Mr. Zhang Guangying, Prof. Peng Qian, Ms. Jiao Jie and Mr. Mak Tsz Yeung
