On September 17, 2026, Kai Fai Adam Kwok indirectly purchased 199,500 shares of SHK PPT (00016) through a company held under discretionary trusts, of which he is a beneficiary. The purchase was executed on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 106.5997 per share, involving about HKD 21.27 million, representing an on-exchange active trade and a direct dealing in the secondary market.
