MMG Limited has published its Interim Report 2026 on the company website (www.mmg.com) and on the HKEXnews platform. Registered shareholders can request printed copies from Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at no cost.
In alignment with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime (Listing Rule 2.07A) effective since 31 December 2023, MMG Limited will distribute all future corporate and actionable corporate communications exclusively through electronic channels, unless shareholders specifically request hard-copy documents. Shareholders are encouraged to provide a valid email address—either by scanning a personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form—to ensure prompt receipt of publication notifications and electronic copies of future materials.
If the share registrar does not receive a completed reply form or written objection by 16 October 2026, the shareholder will be deemed to have consented to receive only website versions of all future corporate communications. In such cases, MMG Limited will mail a notification letter to the registered address each time new documents are posted online. Shareholders who subsequently provide an email address will receive digital notices and electronic actionable communications; those opting out of email notifications will continue to receive printed actionable documents by post.
Requests to receive future corporate communications in printed form remain available and can be made by returning the reply form or emailing mmg.ecom@computershare.com.hk. The preference will remain effective until amended by the shareholder.
Enquiries regarding the new electronic dissemination arrangement can be directed to the share registrar at +852 2862 8688 during business hours on weekdays.
