MUYUAN Repurchases 67,800 H Shares for HKD 2.52 Million, Reducing Free Float by 0.022%

Muyuan Foods Group Co., Ltd. (MUYUAN) disclosed that it bought back 67,800 H shares on 17 September 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The repurchase was executed at prices between HKD 36.84 and HKD 37.62 per share, resulting in a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 37.22 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 2.52 million.

Following the transaction, MUYUAN’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined to 308.30 million from 308.37 million, a marginal decrease of 0.022%. Treasury shares held by the company rose to 1.92 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 310.22 million.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 13 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 31.02 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 1.92 million shares, representing 0.62% of the issued share base at the date the mandate was granted.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, MUYUAN is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 17 October 2026.
