On August 22, 2026, Gary Ka Chun Tiu's options to subscribe for 600,000 shares of OSL Group Ltd. (00863) lapsed upon expiry of the exercise period without being exercised. The options, granted under the 2012 Share Option Scheme, were an off-exchange derivative instrument; the lapse involved no consideration and does not represent a direct dealing in the underlying shares.
Prior to the disposal, Gary Ka Chun Tiu's long position in OSL Group was 1.19 million shares, representing 0.13%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 587,000 shares, with the long position ratio falling to 0.07%.
