The notice, dated 18 September 2026, reminds registered shareholders that:

• Printed copies of the Interim Report 2026 will be supplied free of charge upon request. • Requests should be directed to the company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, or via email at mmg.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

MMG Limited is encouraging investors to provide an email address—either by scanning a personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by completing and returning the form—to ensure timely electronic delivery of future corporate and actionable communications.

Shareholders who opt for electronic delivery will receive: 1. Email alerts when future corporate communications are posted on the company’s website. 2. All actionable corporate communications in electronic form.

If no valid email address is supplied, MMG Limited will continue to send notification letters for web postings as well as printed actionable communications to the shareholder’s registered address.

The company emphasises that shareholders may switch between electronic and printed communication modes at any time by giving reasonable notice to the share registrar.
