The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 16 June 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 72.19 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 330,000 shares, equivalent to 0.0457% of the issued share base on the mandate date. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Brii Biosciences is subject to a 30-day moratorium—until 18 October 2026—on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares following the latest repurchase.
