INGENIC (03223) has officially announced that, in accordance with Rule 9(2) of the Securities and Futures (Price Stabilizing) Rules under Hong Kong Laws Chapter 571W, the stabilization period for its global offering came to an end on Saturday, September 19, 2026—marking the 30th day after the deadline for submission of applications under the Hong Kong public offering.

During this stabilization period, the stabilization manager, its affiliated entities, or any parties acting on their behalf undertook specific stabilization actions as follows: First, an overallotment of 4.693 million H-shares was distributed under the international offering, representing approximately 15% of the total offering shares initially available under the global offering before any exercise of the over-allotment option. Second, a cumulative 4.693 million H-shares—also accounting for roughly 15% of the initial offering shares under the global offering prior to any over-allotment option exercise—were purchased consecutively in the open market at prices ranging from HK$95.30 to HK$100.00 per H-share during the stabilization window.

The final market purchase executed by the stabilization manager, its affiliates, or their representatives during the stabilization period occurred on September 9, 2026, at a price of HK$99.95 per H-share. Notably, the sponsor and sole coordinator, acting on its own behalf and on behalf of the international underwriters, did not exercise the over-allotment option throughout the stabilization period, and this option subsequently lapsed on Saturday, September 19, 2026. Consequently, no H-shares have been or will be issued pursuant to the over-allotment option.
