IHH Healthcare Berhad (IHH) said on Sep, 17 2026 that its associate Fortis Healthcare Limited has filed a Special Leave Petition with the Supreme Court of India on Sep, 16 2026.
The petition seeks to overturn a Delhi High Court order dated Aug, 31 2026 that arose from ongoing execution proceedings initiated by Daiichi Sankyo against the Singh Brothers and related parties.
IHH stated it will release further updates should any material developments occur.
