Xizang Zhihui Mining Co., Ltd. (Zhihui Mining) has entered into a cooperation framework agreement with Zhaojin Non-ferrous Mining Company Limited to pursue mining-asset acquisitions in China’s Xizang Autonomous Region. The document was signed on 17 September 2026 in Zhaoyuan, Shandong Province.
Under the framework, Zhihui Mining will assume primary responsibility for preliminary due diligence, local government liaison and commercial negotiations. Upon Zhaojin Non-ferrous’ approval of specific transaction terms, the parties plan to form a joint acquisition vehicle to execute equity purchases, sharing both risks and returns.
Zhihui Mining brings established regional presence and project development pipelines in Xizang, while Zhaojin Non-ferrous—part of Shandong Zhaojin Group, a China Top-500 enterprise—contributes proven investment management, mine-construction expertise and strong funding capacity across gold, silver, copper, lead and zinc operations.
The agreement is non-binding and serves only as an initial framework; any definitive investment will require separate formal contracts. Zhihui Mining’s board deems the cooperation mutually beneficial and aligned with shareholder interests. Investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
