On September 11, 2026, Laijiao Wang acquired 1.82 million shares of COWELL (01415) on the SEHK open market at an average price of HKD 22.5 per share, involving approximately HKD 40.88 million. This on-exchange active trade represents a direct dealing in the secondary market.
