Brainhole Technology Limited has released its 2026 Interim Report in both English and Chinese. The document is now accessible on the company’s website (www.brainholetechnology.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who previously requested printed corporate communications will receive hard copies with the current mailing.

To improve efficiency, Brainhole Tech is encouraging shareholders to switch from postal notifications to email alerts. Investors who have not yet provided an email address may complete and return the enclosed reply form to Union Registrars Limited—either by email (2203-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk), by post, or in person at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Domestic postage is prepaid via the mailing label included with the form.

The new preference will apply to all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, and proxy forms—until the shareholder instructs otherwise. Printed versions will remain available free of charge upon request for those experiencing difficulties accessing online documents.

Enquiries regarding the communication arrangement can be directed to Union Registrars Limited at +852 2849 3399 during business hours (09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
