Parkson Retail Group Limited released an update concerning Executive Director Ms. Juliana Cheng San San, who had served as a director of Guizhou Shenqi Parkson Retail Development Co., Ltd. The mainland China-based subsidiary, previously engaged in department-store operations in Guiyang, Guizhou Province, was voluntarily dissolved on 17 September 2026 under PRC law.

The dissolution followed the cessation of the subsidiary’s retail activities in 2025 and aligns with Parkson Retail’s resource-reallocation strategy. Management stated that the move carries no material impact on the Group’s overall operations or financial position.

Board composition remains unchanged: Executive Directors Tan Sri Cheng Heng Jem (Chairman) and Ms. Juliana Cheng San San; Non-executive Director Dato’ Sri Dr. Hou Kok Chung; and Independent Non-executive Directors Dato’ Fu Ah Kiow, Mr. Yau Ming Kim, Robert, and Datuk Koong Lin Loong.
