China Industrial Securities International Financial Group Limited (CISI FIN) reported that its wholly owned unit, CISI Investment, sold Joy Treasure Assets Holdings Inc. notes with an aggregate principal of US$20.15 million between 15 June 2026 and 17 September 2026. The open-market transactions generated total proceeds of US$20.08 million, implying a slight discount to par.
The notes, which carry a fixed coupon of 4.30% and mature on 4 December 2028, are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by China Orient Asset Management (International) Holding Limited. CISI FIN recorded an estimated gain of US$0.17 million, combining price appreciation and coupon income earned during the holding period.
When aggregated with six previous disposals executed between 15 June 2026 and 13 August 2026, the cumulative size of the divestments pushes one of the Hong Kong Listing Rules percentage ratios above 5% but below 25%. Consequently, the latest transaction is classified as a discloseable transaction, requiring announcement but not shareholder approval.
Proceeds of approximately US$20.08 million will be directed to general working capital, with flexibility for redeployment into new investments. Management stated that exiting the position aligns with the group’s strategy of actively managing a diversified portfolio of stocks, bonds, funds, structured products and derivatives to secure stable returns within acceptable risk parameters.
