CONCH CEMENT Repurchases 420,000 H Shares at HKD 16.06 Average, Treasury Stock Climbs to 15.84 Million

Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited (CONCH CEMENT) disclosed that on 18 September 2026 it bought back 420,000 H shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at prices ranging from HKD 15.96 to HKD 16.20 per share. The volume-weighted average price paid was HKD 16.06, for a total consideration of HKD 6.74 million.

Following the transaction, CONCH CEMENT’s outstanding H shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 1.28 billion, down 0.03% from the previous day’s 1.28 billion. The company’s treasury share balance rose from 15.42 million to 15.84 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.30 billion.

The repurchase falls under the general mandate approved on 28 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 1.30 billion shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 15.84 million shares, representing 1.22% of the issued share base at the mandate date.

A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or sales or transfers of treasury shares is in effect until 18 October 2026, as stipulated by Hong Kong listing rules.
