CITIC FAMC to Seek Shareholder Approval for RMB 28.61 Million Addition to 2026 Capex Budget

China CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. (CITIC FAMC) will ask investors to approve a RMB 28.61 million increase to its 2026 fixed-asset budget at a second extraordinary shareholders’ meeting (ESM) scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on 18 September 2026 in Beijing.

If endorsed, the parent-company-level capital-expenditure plan for 2026 will rise 24.5% to RMB 145.30 million from RMB 116.70 million. The uplift is entirely allocated to the “confirmation of ownership” category, whose budget would expand to RMB 101.42 million from RMB 72.81 million; all other fixed-asset spending items remain unchanged.

Key timetable • Record date for H-shareholders: close of business on 14 September 2026 • Register closure: 15–18 September 2026 (both days inclusive) • Proxy deadline: 10:00 a.m. on 17 September 2026 • Voting method: poll at the ESM

Shareholders whose pledged holdings equal or exceed 50% of their total shareholding will be restricted from exercising voting rights on the encumbered shares, in line with Article 62 of the Articles of Association.
