On 18 September 2026, China Foods Limited announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.chinafoodsltd.com) and on the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed documents will receive the interim report by mail. Shareholders preferring hard-copy materials, or those experiencing difficulty accessing electronic versions, may request printed copies free of charge by completing and returning the reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or by emailing chinafoods506-ecom@vistra.com.

The company reiterated that shareholders are responsible for providing a functional email address to ensure timely receipt of electronic notices. Until a valid address is supplied, notices of publication and actionable corporate communications will be dispatched in printed form only.
