CMOC Updates Interim Dividend Details, Confirms RMB 0.95 per 10 Shares and Tax Withholding Arrangements

CMOC Group Limited released an updated announcement on 18 September 2026 detailing the interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and clarifying the associated withholding-tax arrangements.

Key Dividend Metrics • Dividend amount: RMB 0.95 per 10 shares (ordinary, semi-annual distribution) • Hong Kong dollar equivalent: HKD 1.10 per 10 shares, based on an exchange rate of RMB 1 : HKD 1.15583 • Ex-dividend date: 1 September 2026 • Record date: 8 September 2026 (book closed 3–8 September 2026) • Payment date: 24 September 2026

Shareholders are not required to approve the distribution. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd. will administer the payment from its Wanchai office.

Withholding-Tax Framework The company reiterated the applicable tax rates: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% PRC enterprise income tax will be withheld. • Mainland individual investors holding H shares via Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 20% individual income tax will be withheld. • Other overseas individual shareholders: 20% individual income tax will be withheld on dividend income received on or after 1 September 2026.

The update supersedes prior disclosures by incorporating these tax details, as referenced in CMOC’s interim results announcement of 19 August 2026 and its notice of 18 September 2026.

Board Composition As of the announcement date, CMOC’s board comprises three executive directors—Liu Jianfeng, Peng Xuhui and employee director Que Chaoyang; three non-executive directors—Lin Jiuxin, Jiang Li and Ma Fei; and three independent non-executive directors—Wang Kaiguo, Gu Hongyu and Cheng Gordon.
