Yeahka Limited disclosed that it bought back 24,400 ordinary shares on 18 September 2026 via on-market transactions. The repurchases were executed at prices ranging from HK$4.08 to HK$4.245 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$4.113, bringing total cash outflow to approximately HK$0.10 million.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell slightly to 460.34 million from 460.36 million. Treasury shares increased to 1.83 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 462.16 million. The latest repurchase represents 0.0053% of Yeahka’s outstanding shares before the buyback.

The repurchase was carried out under the mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which permits Yeahka to repurchase up to 46.08 million shares. To date, the company has repurchased 473,600 shares under this authority, equal to 0.10% of the shares outstanding at the mandate’s adoption.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Yeahka is now subject to a 30-day moratorium—ending 18 October 2026—on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares following the latest buyback.
