Yuexiu Property Company Limited disclosed that its 95%-owned subsidiary, Guangzhou City Construction & Development Company Limited, intends to raise no more than RMB2.10 billion through the 2026 Fourth Tranche of guaranteed corporate bonds to be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The upcoming tranche will be split into two fixed-rate series: • Type 1 Bonds: five-year tenor with a coupon reset option at the end of Year 3, coupled with an issuer redemption right and a bondholder put option at the same point. • Type 2 Bonds: seven-year tenor with a coupon reset option at the end of Year 5, also featuring issuer redemption and bondholder put options at that time.
An unrestricted reallocation mechanism allows demand-driven adjustment between the two series during book-building. Both the Issuer and the bonds carry an “AAA” rating from China Chengxin International Credit Rating Co., Ltd.
Net proceeds will be earmarked for repaying maturing corporate bonds and exercising bond-redemption options.
The Fourth Tranche follows five earlier placements: RMB1.40 billion and RMB1.50 billion in 2025, and RMB700.00 million, RMB1.90 billion, and RMB2.00 billion completed between February and July 2026.
Yuexiu Property stated that additional details will be announced in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements and cautioned investors that the issuance may or may not proceed.
